Board Objectives

The Board of Trustees oversees the mission of the Fund by--

• raising money through donations to accomplish the purpose of the Organization;
• selecting qualified eighth grade students (and qualified current high school students) for high school scholarships;
• and providing scholarship recipients with support mechanisms, such as mentoring and tutoring, which will help them achieve academic success in a Catholic high school.                  

The Board comprises nine to fifteen members.  The officers are Chairperson, Vice-Chair, Treasurer and Secretary.  The Board may elect or appoint other officers. Offices are held for three years.

Board meetings are held quarterly.
